(More customer reviews)I was looking for a very specific item for my wife after our third child was born - a three stone diamond necklace with stones of increasing size and a total weight of 1.0 carat with white gold necklace. I looked around since it's a fairly common design and found a handful of websites that carry it. I'm not a diamond grading expert but from my research I was only comfortable with at least a J color and SI2 clarity. Some necklaces I found didn't meet these standards due to lower clarity (I1, I2, I3). I was left with three or so websites that had acceptable products and I compared price and emailed questions to get a feel for the company's professionalism. In the end I went with Diamond Delight and am happy with my purchase. I liked their customer service and their price was excellent. They provided their own appraisal certificate for the diamonds, which is also nice. At this diamond quality you're probably not going to get an independent grading certificate like GIA, but getting one from their in-house gemologist is a nice service.
