Fortunately I purchased from a reliable company I Do Bands. I did have questions after receiving my diamond cross and called I Do Bands. Martin professionally took care of my concerns to my satisfaction. Having said that, this is a Christmas gift for my wife. I feel the cross design and diamond quality far exceeds the purchase price. I would not hesitate to purchase again from Amazon.com and especially from I Do Bands.
