Mine arrived with the chain in damaged condition but amazon.co.uk was very, very helpful and quick in refunding my money for which I am grateful. The reason for the low rating aside from the fact that it was faulty is that it is a good example of the saying "you get what you paid for" and if you can afford to buy a mabe pearl necklace which costs more do so unless you are buying it for a young child.
